Privacy Policy

The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by New Zealand Society of Gastroenterology and Conference Innovators. The privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your personal details i.e. name, email, organisation can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other third party, your consent is required; if you decide to opt out and do not give consent your personal details will not be included in the list of delegates for the conference.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Please notify Conference Innovators in writing. A full refund, less an administration charge of $100, is given for cancellations received in writing by 30 September 2019. After this date, any refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

If the Organising Committee has to cancel the conference, in circumstances beyond their control, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
