AccommodationPlease ensure that you settle your accommodation account and incidentals prior to your departure. Check out time is 10am.
Airport TransfersAttendees need to make their own transfer arrangements. Taxi and shuttle services are available to the airport. Taxis cost $40 - $50. Alternatively, you can travel on Connectabus which operates a Motel link every 15 minutes from Queenstown Airport to downtown Queenstown. A one way cash fare per adult is $10.00 per adult. BanksBanks are open Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.00pm. The closest ATM to the Meeting venue is the ASB Bank on Camp Street. Most other banks may be found five minutes walk from the hotel in the Mall and Rees Street.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICYShould you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $200.00 will be made providing notification is received by 28 February. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of NZAO and will be processed after the conference. If, for reasons beyond the control of NZAO, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Submission of your registration indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions above.Accommodation cancellations may incur a fee, this is charged at the Hotels' discretion. Cancellations within 30 days may be charged one night penalty. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged 100% penalty.
CateringCatering is available in the Exhibition area located in Galaxy 3 and Galaxy pre function area on Level 5. For delegates who provided dietary requirement during registration, special meals will be available in the catering area. Venue staff will be available to assist.
Certificates of AttendanceThese will be emailed to delegates after the conference.
CPD PointsThis conference has been fully accredited by the New Zealand Dental Association. Luggage StorageIt is preferable that you ask your hotel concierge to arrange luggage storage as there are limited luggage facilities on the conference level.
Medical and Pharmacy AssistanceQueenstown Medical Centre, located at 9 Isle Street is the closest medical centre to the conference venue (5 minute walk). Their hours are 0830 – 1700 Monday to Friday, they can be contacted on 03 441 0500. Bradley's Pharmacy is approximately 10 minutes walk from the Hotels. Mobile PhonesPlease ensure mobile phones are switched off prior to going into all conference sessions
Name BadgesPlease wear/bring your name badge when attending all conference sessions, catering areas and social functions. This will be your entry ticket.
ParkingComplimentary car parking is available for guests staying at both hotels. There is limited underground parking based on availability for $10 per day, alternatively there are plenty of parks on the surrounding streets.

SmokingSmoking is not permitted at the conference venue, Skyline, Earnslaw or Walter Peak.
Wi-FiWifi will be available for delegates on the conference level, alternatively the Millennium Hotel offers 20 minutes free wifi each day in the lobby.
